World of Imagination

Human–Screen Interaction Performance

World of Imagination

Orange and green fans open behind the dancer, blue spheres gather and scatter, and colorful blocks rebuild the stage again and again. Solo and trio passages turn simple geometry into a lively game of curiosity and response.

The performance moves through fans, spheres, diamonds, blocks, and circular arrays, each activated by a new gesture or formation.

02THE CONCEPT

Performance Concept

Simple graphic forms become partners for the dancers, creating an accessible world of surprise, play, and invention.

Imagination begins when a familiar shape is allowed to behave in an unfamiliar way.

VJ Dance · Visual Project Solution

Core Concept

The visual language is intentionally simple. A fan, a sphere, or a block is immediately recognizable, so the audience can enjoy the transformation without decoding a complex story.

The solo passages treat each form like a new toy: something to open, gather, push, or release through movement.

When three dancers enter, the game becomes social. Separate positions begin to answer one another, and geometry becomes a shared rule rather than an individual effect.

Bright color keeps the tone generous and approachable, making technology feel less like machinery and more like a space for discovery.

The work celebrates imagination as a habit of recombination—the ability to take ordinary forms and keep asking what else they might do.

WHY IT MATTERS

This project makes human–screen interaction easy to understand and enjoyable at first glance. Its modular chapters are especially useful when an event needs a polished performance that remains light, flexible, and brand-friendly.

04VISUAL SYSTEM

Selected Performance Frames

Five colorful chapters show how familiar shapes become a responsive world for one or three performers.

05PROJECT SYSTEM

Project & Stage Adaptation

Keep every graphic center aligned to the performer or trio formation so the visual game stays immediate and readable.

Every visual transition is mapped against performer positions, gesture endpoints, musical cues, and screen composition. This keeps the interaction readable in rehearsal and gives the production team clear timing references instead of relying on guesswork on show day.

Adaptation begins with the actual screen ratio, stage dimensions, cast, sightlines, lighting, and show length. Brand text, colors, product imagery, and final reveals can then be rebuilt inside the existing structure, with output versions prepared for the main screen, side screens, or irregular LED layouts as required.

Adaptation Priorities

  1. Performer positions and interaction cue points
  2. Gesture direction, timing, and visual response
  3. Screen ratio and safe-area adjustment
  4. Rhythm, transitions, and section length
  5. Color, typography, and brand integration
  6. Main-screen, side-screen, or irregular-screen layout
  7. Rehearsal reference and preview output
  8. Final deliverables confirmed for the production
